I had a small issue with TERA after installing it occurring when trying to login in the game, the error was: An error occurred. Please try again later.
This is actually happening due to blocks in hosts file located in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc folder which included one of the hosts needed for TERA to run in my case.
So make sure you have the following addresses below removed from or commented in your hosts file.
- en.tera.gameforge.com
- fonts.googleapis.com
- fonts.gstatic.com
- gf1.geo.gfsrv.net
- gf2.geo.gfsrv.net
- gf3.geo.gfsrv.net
- mpsnare.iesnare.com <--- I had this one
- web-sls.tera.gameforge.com-4566
- dl.tera.gameforge.com
